Prince George’s County ReunionCapitalUSA 2009 Cyberhunt Sweepstakes
Official Rules & Regulations
1. To enter or to win, no purchase is necessary. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules posted at www.ReunionCapitalUSA.com. The Prince George's County 2009 ReunionCapitalUSA Cyberhunt Sweepstakes (Cyberhunt) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on July 1st 2009, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on December 31st, 2009 (Cyberhunt Period). The Cyberhunt is sponsored by The Prince George's County Conference & Visitor's Bureau (PGCCVB) and its participating Partners and Sponsors.
2. Eligibility: The Cyberhunt is available to legal US citizens ages 21 and older. All County Employees, officers, sponsors, affiliates, their parent companies, subsidiaries, or advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies, and their extended families (parents, children, siblings, spouse), persons living in the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors of the PGCCVB are not eligible to participate in the Cyberhunt. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. How to Enter: During the Cyberhunt Period, you may go to www.ReunionCapitalUSA.com, which will link directly to the Cyberhunt Entry Page. You will fill out the Cyberhunt Entry Form and be given a User Name (your email address) and a computer-generated Password. You will then be able to view five (5) “hints.” Use the hints to find this symbol on each of 5 web pages.
Once you find the symbol, click on it and enter your Username and Password. Once you have found all 5 symbols, you will be officially entered into the Cyberhunt. Any other attempted form of email/Internet entry is prohibited. You cannot use programmed, macro, robotic or similar methods to enter. The PGCCVB, its Partners, Sponsors and their agencies are not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate or incorrect information and/or capture of on-line entry information, nor are they responsible for any and all hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet host/website/accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention, or acts of God, that may cause the entry to fail. There may be only one entry per person during the Cyberhunt Period. Online entries must be received by 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time, December 31st, 2009. All entries become the exclusive property of the PGCCVB and its Partners and Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned.
